Warranty Policy
This warranty policy applies to Eahora DiRally ("EDR") electric dirt bikes and accessories purchased within the continental United States.
The warranty coverage is limited to the original owner and is non-transferable.

Warranty Period
The warranty period for accessories is calculated from the date the product is received by the customer. (Note: If the warranty period in the manual is different, the website warranty shall prevail.)
Claims
EDR WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT(S) UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED OR COVERED COMPONENT(S).
- Contact the EDR Customer Service team at support@eahoradirally.com, let us know the order number of the electric dirt bike, and provide photos or videos showing the damage or defects.
- The Customer Service team will initially work with you to identify potential simple fixes for your electric dirt bike. Please note that you are responsible for providing photos or videos of troubleshooting results and the serial number (S/N) of certain components.
- If the Customer Service team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, we will provide you with instructions for having an Authorized Service Provider repair it and/or return the defective Covered Component to receive the replacement item.
- After you receive the replacement item, the Customer Service team will also assist you with guidance on how to install or replace the new part on your electric dirt bike.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless EDR agrees in writing to cover such costs. Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty will only include shipping to the address of the original purchaser.
Shipping Damage Claims
IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept freight damage claims later than 10 days from receipt of product. Note any damage to your product(s) on the Bill of Lading before you and the driver sign-off on the shipment. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to an EDR customer service representative. Customer Responsibilities
- Inspect the packaging and product condition upon delivery. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading and take photos immediately.
- Keep the original packaging and documents for future claim processing.
- Use EDR-approved parts and chargers, and operate the vehicle according to the user manual.
- Communicate respectfully — abusive or threatening behavior toward customer service may result in termination of warranty support.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If, for any reason, a credit card chargeback of any amount is issued on an order and the customer is still in possession of the product(s) within that order, the warranty will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.
