Shipping Area

Eahora DiRally ("EDR") offers free truck shipping on qualified orders and provides fast delivery exclusively to the lower 48 states in the United States. Please note that we do not directly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States. Additionally, all of our products are tax-inclusive for these 48 states.

Shipping Time

In-stock dirt bikes ship within one business day after the order is placed, while in-stock accessories may need 2-3 days to ship. Please note that orders will not be processed during weekends or holidays, and delays may occur due to extreme weather, force majeure events, or peak seasons.

Changes or Cancellation

BEFORE THE PRODUCT(S) ARE SHIPPED OUT

EDR can change the receipt address, change the model or color of the ordered product(s), or cancel the order before the item(s) are shipped out. All these operations are free of charge for the first time. If you want to change or cancel the order, please notify us immediately to hold the processing, so you can have more time to decide.

AFTER THE PRODUCT(S) SHIPPED OUT

Order Cancellation

If the package remains unopened upon receipt, the customer is responsible for the return. EDR will not provide the return label nor cover the return shipping fee. Please contact EDR for the return address. Also, EDR will deduct the actual original shipping fee from the refund.

If the package has been opened or assembled, an extra 30%+ depreciation fee, along with the return shipping fee, will be deducted from the final refund.

Address Changes

EDR will waive the fee for address changes. Please contact us to update your address prior to package delivery. But please understand that address changes are beyond EDR's control, so we can't promise it will always work.

Model or Color Exchanges

EDR is only responsible for covering costs for the exchange of the wrong product(s) delivered to the customer caused by the mistake of EDR.

If the package remains unopened upon receipt, only the actual round-trip shipping cost will be charged for exchanges.

If the product has been unboxed and/or assembled, an additional depreciation fee of 30% or more will be charged, in addition to the actual shipping cost.

Pick Up Order

We strongly recommend that our customers drop by our warehouse and pick up your dirt bikes. It's a win-win since we can confirm the package is in good condition, avoid potential shipping damage, save shipping costs (EDR will pass it to you with a discount), and most importantly, you can enjoy riding ASAP.

How to pick up dirt bike(s)?

  1. Let us know the model, color, quantity, and date you can go to our warehouse for pickup.
  2. EDR will send you an invoice with the discount(s) applied after confirming the availability.
  3. You will have to complete the invoice after confirmation to proceed with it.
  4. EDR will make the appointment for pick-up once the order is placed. We will provide the BOL file, address of the warehouse, open time, and contact information ASAP.
  5. You can go to the warehouse on time and pick up the product(s).

Upon shipment of your package, an automated email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Please click on the appropriate link in your tracking number email.
