Eahora DiRally is committed to providing high-quality electric dirt bikes and services.
If any product issues occur, our primary principle is to offer repair solutions first.
If the issue cannot be resolved through repair, we will arrange a replacement or return accordingly.
Please note: this policy applies only to products purchased through official Eahora DiRally channels.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For more details, please refer to our [Shipping Policy].

Return Eligibility

  • Application Period: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Pre-Authorization Required: All return or exchange requests must be confirmed in writing and authorized by Eahora DiRally Customer Service at support@eahoradirally.com.
    You must obtain a Return Authorization Code; otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
  • Non-Eligible Reasons: The following situations are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange:
    • Minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections caused by shipping;
    • Subjective reasons such as “no longer want,” “don’t like it,” or “delivery delay.”
  • Proof Required: Clear photos or videos must be provided to demonstrate the product defect or damage.

Return Requirements

Original Packaging: Returned items must be shipped in the original box with all packaging intact. The outer carton must remain sealed and undamaged.

Product & Accessories: The dirt bike must be unused and in perfect condition, with all original accessories, components, and manuals included.

Authorized Consistency: The returned item(s) must match the model and quantity approved in the return authorization. Any discrepancies may result in rejection.

Return Procedure

  • The customer must provide photos or videos of the return package (including outer packaging) and send them to Eahora DiRally Customer Service for confirmation.
  • Once confirmed, Eahora DiRally will issue a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
    The customer must clearly mark this code on the return shipping label.
  • Eahora DiRally will only take responsibility for the following return packages:
    • Packages with a valid Return Authorization Code;
    • Packages using return labels provided by Eahora DiRally.
      Unauthorized or self-returned packages may be rejected or returned at the customer’s expense if loss or damage occurs.
  • The customer must ship the return within 48 hours after receiving the return label or authorization code.
    Failure to do so will be regarded as a voluntary cancellation of the return.
  • Returns must be sent to the nearest FedEx/UPS location, and the printed return label should be securely attached to the box.
  • To avoid package loss, customers are strongly advised to select a signature confirmation service for return shipments.

Returns will be accepted if requested within 15 days of receiving the order.
The 15-day period refers to the date the return is requested, not the date Eahora DiRally receives the returned item(s).

Shipping & Fees

Customer-initiated returns (e.g., dislike, wrong order): The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which vary by courier.

Returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment: Eahora DiRally will cover the return shipping cost.

Refusal to cooperate with repair procedures: A 30% or higher depreciation fee will apply, and the customer must bear both-way shipping costs.

Opened packaging: Once the original box is opened, the bike is considered used (whether assembled or not) and cannot be sold as new. A 30% or higher depreciation fee will apply, plus both-way shipping costs.

Damage during return transit: Any damage occurring during shipment will be deducted from the refund. It is recommended to purchase shipping insurance for the return.

Missing parts or packaging: Any missing components (including packaging) will result in a deduction from the refund.

Free shipping orders: If the order was part of a free shipping promotion, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days. We do offer exchanges within the US, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders. However, you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order with the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. If a store credit is requested, a promo code will be issued to you via email.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for more information.

Eahora DiRally reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Exchange Policy within reasonable limits. The final interpretation of this policy rests with Eahora DiRally.
