I. Pre-Use Requirements
1. Physical and Qualification Requirements
Users must ensure they are in good health and free from any condition that may impair safe operation (including heart disease, high blood pressure, or the influence of alcohol or medication).
Minors must operate the vehicle only under the full supervision and guidance of a legal guardian.
2. Safety Gear
Riders must wear a helmet, protective gear (such as elbow and knee pads), and suitable protective footwear and clothing at all times.
Riding without proper protective equipment is strictly prohibited.
3. Environment and Terrain Restrictions
This vehicle is designed for designated off-road areas or legally permitted locations.
Riding on public roads, in crowded areas, near schools, flammable or explosive zones, or other restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
II. Operating Conduct
1. Riding Practices
Do not engage in overspeeding, sharp turns, unsafe overtaking, or stunt riding.
Always stay alert to your surroundings and maintain a safe speed and distance from others.
2. Prohibited Actions

Do not modify the vehicle’s structure, power system, or safety components.

Do not carry unauthorized passengers.

Do not ride in severe weather conditions (rain, snow, strong winds) or poor lighting environments.
3. Vehicle Maintenance
Inspect the brakes, tires, battery, and overall structure regularly.
If any abnormality is found, stop using the vehicle immediately and contact after-sales service for inspection.
III. Liability Disclaimer
The company/store shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or legal dispute resulting from:

Violation of any safety rule or operational requirement in this notice;

Reckless riding on unsuitable terrain (e.g., steep slopes, gravel, wet or slippery surfaces);

Operating without proper training or beyond one’s capability;

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair;

Failure to provide adequate supervision for underage riders.
IV. Product Quality and After-Sales Responsibility
If a fault occurs due to a verified manufacturing defect and is confirmed by a qualified inspection authority, the company’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product itself.
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to personal injury, lost wages, transportation costs, mental distress, or other related economic losses.
V. Insurance and Risk Acknowledgment
We strongly recommend that you obtain personal, vehicle, and third-party liability insurance before use.
Operating an electric off-road vehicle involves inherent risks. By using this product, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all associated risks.
