Safety Riding Guide

  • Always ride under adult supervision. Choose an open, flat, and obstacle-free area. Start in low-speed mode to get familiar with braking and steering before gradually increasing speed.

  • A helmet is mandatory. Knee pads, elbow pads, riding gloves, and riding boots are also recommended for full protection.

  • Currently, we only deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other overseas territories).

  • In-stock orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

    • Kids’ dirt bikes: estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
    • Accessories and parts: estimated delivery in 7–14 business days

Assembly & Usage

  • The bike arrives 80% pre-assembled. Parts that need installation include the front wheel, pedals, and front fender (front fender included only with S4 Young Plus).

  • Yes, the package includes necessary installation tools (16mm Open-end Wrench, 6mm Allen Wrench) and a user manual for easy assembly and use.
